About : Low Thia Khiang is a Singaporean Businessman and Politician who was born in 1956 in Singapore. He joined Worker’s Party in 1982 and became MP from Hougang SMC in 1991 and kept this seat till 2011. In the year 2001 he became Secretary General of Worker’s Party and leader of Opposition in Singapore Parliament. He is one of the six Opposition MP’s who elected in 13th Singapore Parliament.
