She is active since 1993 and appeared in many popular variety programs and hosted many famous TV shows also. She started her career as a singer. Kym was a flight stewardess with Singapore Airlines. Then she joined MediaCorp in 1995 and start doing work with them as a Host and actor. She came to fame as host of much popular television series and beat alongside such as Pan Lingling, Lina Ng, Sharon Au, and Bryan Wong. In 2011 she hosted very popular and highly acclaimed variety show named as Love on a Plate. This program won the Best Variety Program Award at Star Awards in 2011. She is world famous for her amazing hosting style and skills. She married to her long lasting boyfriend in 2009 secretly.
